How Connect365 helped Colbrook Specialists

  • Colbrook required cabling work from Connect365. The infrastructure that existed was not able to cope with the new technology. We took care of this for Colbrook and upgraded the cabling points to enable our solution to work.

  • During the installation we had to ensure the PDG payment machine worked on the new connectivity we installed into site. Colbrook were supplied with very fast fibre from Connect365.

  •  Connect365 carried out a comprehensive training program with Colbrook making sure that all customer contacts are in the system and the customer knows how to find them. the customer has been trained on our on-line web-based portal giving them complete control over the telephony.
