Connect365 is driven by a leadership team of industry professionals committed to delivering next-generation technology within the telecommunications industry.
Paul joined Connect365 as Non-Executive Chairman in 2020 bringing a vast wealth of experience with over 45 years in the Telecommunications industry. Paul has extensive operational, sales and delivery expertise including leading the broadband implementation for BT in the early part of the 21st century when connections increased from 300K to 3M in two years. More recently as CEO of a Unit of BT he created a £110M pa revenue business from inception. His measured advice based on knowledge has been a major driver in the success of the business.
As founder and Managing Director, Ian is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Connect365. Ian leads the business, balancing profits, costs and opportunities. He delegates projects and initiatives having had 30 years developing his skills, holding senior positions in a range of businesses.
Having started his working life with BT at the age of 18 he has had a vast amount of exposure to the telecoms industry. Ian is a great believer in building a positive, dynamic atmosphere and ensuring all employees are happy in their working life.
Founder & MD
As head of the Reseller Channel Mark has overall responsibility for on-boarding partners and ensuring all aspects of the relationship are 100% crystal clear.
Mark ensures that the budgeted numbers are achieved, he analysis and explores market trends which helps him implement the correct measures for growth.
Mark started his telecoms career in 1997 with BT and has worked for some of the UK’s largest communications companies including Cable & Wireless, O2, VF and Babble.
Head of Reseller Channel
Lewis, having worked within the Technology sector spanning more than 13 years has established an extensive and solid background within Mobile and Unified Communications. Lewis brings with him a wide variety of knowledge and skills. He is an expert in analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and production capacity.
Lewis is extremely adept at using historical records to forecast future patterns. These skills stem from having a genuine passion for delivering the very best customer service. As Operations Manager Lewis will lead on many projects and oversee the Operations Department.
As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Stuart is responsible for overseeing the brand and marketing strategy for Connect365, as well as managing the lead generation programmes and supporting the reseller channel.
With over 20 years’ marketing experience across both B2B and B2C businesses, working across a range of different industries, Stuart is an energetic, results driven Chartered Marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in marketing and sales strategies, business development and integrated marketing communications.
Jon was responsible for setting up the communications business with Ian following years of frustration dealing with inflexible providers and overpaying for telecom and network communication services. Jon, Joint CEO of the Mick George Group which has revenues in excess of £200m and over 1,000 employees, is an integral member of the Mick George Group Board of Directors providing strategic direction and focus for the Group. Being a shareholder of one of the UK’s leading mid-market private Company’s he is well placed to understand the needs and requirements of business owners both large and small and able to provide genuine advice and support to the team to help them deliver appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
