Connect 365's MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) isn’t a type of connection, it’s a technique used to improve your customer’s existing network. In simplistic terms, it sorts through and prioritises their data based on the service they already have.

For most connections, the networks need to look inside every data packet at each router to know where it’s going, but with a MPLS it’s much more sophisticated - the data is labelled, so that the routers know exactly where to send the data without having to open it up.

This technique frees up bandwidth whilst linking up your customer workforce, ensuring efficient sharing of both resources and network.
