How Connect365 helped Omni Security Ltd

  • Omni were in contract on the FTTC so we decided to bolt our hosted phone solution on to the existing connectivity.  

  • Omni has an issue with the ageing on premise phone system but were reluctant to change things as they have so many 0800 numbers that they did not know how they would be able to switch to new technology. Connect365 have extremely experienced engineers. After the survey had taken place and we had collated all the information we needed we were able to produce a project plan that put eh customers mind at rest. All 08800 numbers and other important numbers were all ported as part of our process.  It was complex but well managed.

  • Omni had a door entry system that was integrated into the old PBX.  We took our time and were able to integrate the same entry system into our state-of-the-art hosted solution.

  • The administration portal is well used by OMNI. It gives them complete control over the telephony.  No longer do they need to call BT and wait in long ques to get any response. They simply log on to the portal and can make their own changes to the telephony. This is a huge benefit, being in control of their own destiny.
